I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE UPCOMING DON BROCO UK TOUR DATES – HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to have ordered* Nightmare Tripping through the Official Music Store before 6pm GMT on Tuesday 24th March 2026

The presale will begin at 10am on Wednesday 25th March 2026

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?

If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email on Wednesday 25th March 2026 containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the shows.

Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.

HOW DOES THE PRESALE WORK?

The presale is only valid for the upcoming Don Broco UK 2026 tour dates linked on the email containing your presale code.

Please keep the email containing your presale link and code, ready for the presale.

Your pre-sale code will be eligible for tickets for these show dates

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.

Please ensure you are entering your code into the appropriate box.

I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?

Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. Presale emails will be sent out from 8am GMT on Wednesday 25th March 2026.

The code, along with all the details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.

I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.

I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY CODE?

In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Don Broco UK Store.
